  WORSHIP EXPERIENCE

    First Mount Olive Freewill Baptist Church offers three unique worship servies, Sunday School, and New Members Classes each Sunday morning. All of the material you need in order to follow the service is printed in the monthly church newsletter. During the week aeveryone is invited to attend Tuesday or Wednesday Bible Study.

    Baptism Service:

    Baptisim is one of the ordinances of the Baptist Church. Ordinarily at four o'clock pm on the First Sunday of every month we gather as a family of believers and Baptize new converts. If you gave you life to Christ on the same first Sunday you are welcome to be baptized that day. We believe in baptism by immersion. This means we will put your whole body under the water.

     

    Communion Service:

    Communion is one of the ordinances of the Baptist Church. Ordinarilay at four thirty pm on the First Sunday of every month we gather as a family of believers and share in communion (the Lord's Supper). We break bread and drink fresh wine in remberance of Christ, who died for our sins and was raised by God on the third day.

    It is the goal of our christian education program to provide many opportunities for learning to each member of our congregation as we grow in faith. During the 9:30 am servcie First Mount Olive offers Sunday School classes covering various topics for children, youth and adults.
